New Year’s Blessing from our Families – 2025
S’s family of 5 people : Our family fled Pakistan in 2014 , escaping persecution and hardship, and sought asylum in Thailand. However, after our tourist visa expired, we became undocumented, unwanted illegals in Thailand. We had no work permits and no way to make a living. We were forced to face incredibly difficult years of poverty and need .Our deep struggles just to survive from month to month brought us to our knees. We prayed daily for God’s guidance and help for our family. Paying for our Room Rental and Food expenses was incredibly hard. During our struggles we could only turn to God, praying for relief, hoping for freedom, and an end to our suffering. Day after day, we waited for His intervention, trusting that He would help us.
In December 2023, after nine long years -our prayers were answered. Hearts and Hands for Refugees Canada -came into our lives, and with them came a season of renewal. It felt as though spring had come to our family, bringing hope, warmth, and new beginnings. Their support allowed us to reclaim stability and dignity. Today, we can pay our rent on time, meet our daily needs, and live with a sense of peace that we hadn’t known for so long. But the blessings of Hearts and Hands for Refugees Canada went far beyond financial aid. They reached into our hearts, offering spiritual guidance and encouragement. They offered friendship and community to us. Their unwavering care reminded us that we were not alone, that God’s love was working through them to transform our lives.
We are overwhelmed with gratitude . Their compassion, selflessness, and tireless dedication have brought light into the darkest corners of our lives. They didn’t just support us like we were their own family—they also restored our hope, renewed our faith, and gave us a chance to dream again. To the members, volunteers, and leaders of Hearts and Hands for Refugees Canada, we extend our heartfelt thanks and prayers. May God bless you abundantly and protect your families. May your kindness inspire others and may your nation Canada ,flourish under the influence of such generous, loving people. From the depths of our hearts, God Bless You!

Your unwavering support, both financially and spiritually, has instilled into us new strength and hope. Our gatherings together for monthly meetings are encouraging, and the Bible study led by the Pastors helps us grow in faith . Our Pastors are very loving .The teaching from the Pastors deepens our faith and creates a sense of community. We sincerely appreciate everything you do for us.”
A’s family of 4 people : We are very thankful for Hearts and Hands for Refugees Canada. We feel so good for being part of this organization. Our Family has known deep struggle for years and years. Surviving our life as Refugees in Thailand has been very difficult .Each month for 10 years we have lived in anxiety and fear. We have always worried how we will survive. Hearts and Hands for Refugees Canada helps us with Rent and Food costs and sends a Pastoral team to encourage us. They come and share the Word of God with us. Our Pastors help us feel more Courageous and they teach us how to deal with adversity. Our Pastor reminds us to be thankful to God in spite of everything. We love having them visit us. We sing and pray and talk together. It fills us with Joy. We are thankful to God for Hearts and Hands for Refugees Canada for their friendship and all their help . God bless you 🙏

We wish many blessings to the Hearts Hands for Refugees Canada in the New Year -2025 We pray for all your team members ,that God will always be with you and that God will give you more success and progress in whatever work you are doing. May God always keep you safe under His wings. We are so Grateful that you are Financially helping us. Because of this help, the fear that always existed in our hearts is gone. The biggest need we had was room Rent and because of your help, this fear has disappeared from our hearts. The Pastoral Team you send to us- plants the word of God into our hearts. The Word of God gives us new strength . We keep their comforting words in our hearts and it makes us strong. We pray many blessings for Hearts and Hands for Refugees Canada .
