Our Founder lived in Thailand as a Refugee for many years. As a result of having lived the life of a Refugee he has a Unique insight into issues affecting Refugees. He is a gifted communicator and careful to give glory to God for his freedom today. He is a people person. Polite and respectful. He is also very diplomatic.
He has two themes in his life .One is Faith in Jesus. Other is Freedom and its importance in human life.
He is also a servant of the Lord. He likes helping others and that is his trademark. When our families in Thailand were sick for months on end – he would call weekly – sometimes daily to make sure everyone is coping well in their situation. This is not something any other organization would do. They simply won’t.
We believe in order to help our Christian brothers and sisters in Thailand we must show we care and create a community. Our little group is a community, and as we maintain connection, it brings healing to the people. Connection is very important for spiritual growth and emotional healing for people in crises.
Today, our founder is proud to be Canadian Citizen, and he gives glory to God for all things. He got out of Thailand because God helped him. There was much opposition against him, but God opened the door, and here he is.
