Word from One of Our Teens

Being a Refugee is not easy on Children. They miss the basic things that make life wonderful and exciting

Their whole life is about Hiding and that means…they don’t have spontaneous trips to the Mall or Park,

Swimming etc. They live a very Isolative lifestyle. Any time they go outside the one room they rent

it comes with a Risk .Being a Refugee is not Freedom – It is uncertainty and fear for the whole family

Here is a Text Message from a 14 years old young girl. She is very mature for her age.

How  does it feels  to be part of the  ” Hearts and Hands for Refugees Canada

We feel very grateful and blessed to be part of this organization. We feel we are not alone.

We have lived in Thailand for over 10 years. The Feeling of being Supported is important to us

Not just  receiving help  with living expenses but spiritually, emotionally and connecting with people

With your Support, we feel stronger and we have Hope in the midst of our difficulties

Our monthly meetings with other Christian families and Pastors are very encouraging

The Pastor leads us in Bible Study and Prayer .It is very Uplifting and Inspiring

Both the Pastor and his Wife are very kind and loving .They are full of Love

The Teaching of the Word and Fellowship with other believers creates a sense of Community

Thank you, Hearts and Hands for Refugees Canada- for being part of our lives and being an unwavering  support for Refugee Families. We Bless you and Your work. May God Bless you more and more
