Immigration Lawyer needed …. Voluntary position
Experienced Immigration Lawyer needed with successful outcomes in complex International refugee cases. He /she has ability to represent and negotiate on behalf of clients. Our families are individuals fleeing religious persecution and residing in Thailand until they get acceptance from a third country.
Our Immigration lawyer would need to be skilled in research, advocacy and understanding of immigration laws in Canada and keeping records. He needs to have understanding of petitions, motions and briefs, appeals, negotiations and various legal processes in accordance with Canadian Immigration and refugee laws.
Our Immigration Lawyer would need to have understanding of International Refugee issues and its complexities. We need our lawyer to be motivated by Compassion and positive mindset. Our Lawyer would need to have a desire to overcome challenges and enjoys a good challenge. Our Lawyer – would need to be willing to collaborate with our Non- Profit Canadian Charity. He would offer all his services as Pro-Bono Services to people in desperate need for legal representation. All in all – he /she would be a Superhuman 🙂
