Most Valuable Assets in Life
When people think in terms of “Assets “ they usually relate it to finances, business or property issues. Deep inside we all know that the most valuable assets in life are not about things and money. The most valuable things in life are : Faith in God and ability to think clearly and relationships with people around us.
We have a generation of children growing up that are getting ready made answers to all their questions from Ai .It seems they can easily lose ability to think for themselves and lose ability to communicate original thoughts and ideas .Young people spend a huge amount of time on Social media but seem to forget how to relate to others in real life. That is tragic.
Ability to think clearly include : Social Skills. Communication and ability to interact with real people. Good manners. Thinking Skills. Study Skills. Self Control. Being Kind. Being Respectful. Being Honest. Being Loyal. Having Integrity. Maintaining our Faith in God.
Intellectual Ability is a gift from God. We can reason, think and make choices .We have ability to find answers to our questions . It is the most valuable asset in our life. Intellectual ability also connects us to others and God. We can choose to walk with God. We can choose to communicate with God.
How often do we thank God for the ability to think and communicate ? Our words can bring joy to others. Our words can bring comfort to others. Our words can build Faith in others .Creativity , Music, Arts, Dance, Writing, Singing – all these gifts can glorify God and declare His Goodness. Creativity is important. God uses Creativity to bring joy to people. It is an asset given by God to bless others and remind people to draw closer to God.
Anointing of God is Intellect on fire. If the heart ,mind, emotions and will of the person are totally focused on God and fully aware of the Presence of God in their life- they can bless many people. We need all our Intellectual Assets to be on fire for God so we can be a Blessing . If you lead Worship – thank God for this ability to bless His People. If you can write ,sing or play music thank God for this ability.
With all of these gifts we can bring Glory to God daily. We can pray . We can Worship .We can bring comfort to others. We can bring hope to others. We can lead people to Christ. We can bring people to Freedom in Christ. Everything we do – it is to Bless the Lord and bring Joy to His Heart.
Your best and most valuable asset is your heart ! We need to give our whole heart to God .Use your Voice. Pray. Sing. Worship daily. Serve God with your whole heart. This is how we build the Kingdom of God .
